Services

Adswadi provides digital marketing services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, WhatsApp Business API solutions, SEO and web development. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in individual proposals or invoices.

Payments

• Service fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Ad spend (paid to Meta, Google, Snapchat, etc.) is separate from our service fees and is billed by the platforms directly unless agreed otherwise.
• Work begins after payment confirmation.

Results disclaimer

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, platform policies, product-market fit, budgets). Case studies represent specific past results and are not a guarantee of identical outcomes. We never guarantee specific rankings, ROAS or lead volumes.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to ad accounts, websites and materials needed for the work.
• Ensure your products, offers and landing pages comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Account ownership

All ad accounts, pixels, pages and data created for you remain your property. We work within your Business Manager/accounts wherever possible.

Intellectual property

Creatives and content we produce for you are licensed for your business use upon full payment. Our internal tools, processes and templates remain our property.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as per the terms in the active proposal. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the month in which a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by advertising platforms (e.g. account restrictions).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
